DUE TO COVID-19, SHIPPING & HANDLING DELAYS MAY OCCUR.

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.

We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS; Please check your shipping address for accuracy, as we are not responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the incorrect address. We only ship throughout the United States of America.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing orders during a holiday.

Our orders are processed between 3-5 days. After processing, all orders are shipped within 3-5 days. Orders placed during the weekend days will be processed starting the following business day.

We try our best to ensure your order is processed and delivered in a timely fashion. Please keep in mind the provided timeframes are estimations and may fluctuate. On rare occasions, packages may arrive outside the estimated timeframe.

ZOE ON 5TH is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS if you have specific questions regarding the arrival of your package after it has been shipped from ZOE ON 5TH.
