Returns Are For Store Credit ONLY:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days after receiving your purchase to contact us, let us know the reason for your return and we will gladly accept your return for A STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds to original payment methods
To be eligible for a return for store credit:
1. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at life@zoeon5th.com. If your return is accepted, you will ship the merchandise to the address provided with your order, shipping fees for returns are your responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us, let us know the reason for your return/exchange and if approved, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you receive a defective item, we will replace it with the same item in the same size. If the same item and the same size is no longer available, we will provide a store credit or exchange the item with another product of the same value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The following items are also not returnable or exchangeable: Any items for the home, such as candles or mugs, and jewelry .
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards either.
